How do I checkout a bag?
- To check out a sensory bag, guests will need to provide either a driver’s license or credit card to the Guest Services staff member at the kiosk located at Section 101.

Tickets & Seating
Angel Of The Winds Arena offers a wide variety of accessible seating, located in various sections throughout the arena, with options to accommodate limited mobility, visual and hearing impaired, and wheelchair accessible areas. Patrons requiring assistance should contact Angel Of The Winds Arena in advance of their visit with questions or concerns.
For accessible seating purchases, you may call 425-322-2644 and specify you require accessible seating options, come directly to AOTW Arena during normal business hours or visit angelofthewindsarena.com, select your event and click on the accessible seating option.
Assistive Listening Devices (ALD)
A limited number of Assistive Listening Devices (ALD) are available for guests with hearing impairments. They may be checked out, free of charge, by contacting the nearest guest services representative. ALDs are not recommended for use during concerts due to the volume level. Guests will be required to leave a valid, government-issued photo ID as a deposit while using the ALD. To request additional reasonable accommodations or services, please contact us at 425-322-2600 as far in advance as possible.
Service Animals
Only trained service animals or service animals in training will be allowed into the Angel Of The Winds Arena. All other animals, including pets and comfort animals, are prohibited. Guests with service dogs may not take up additional seats unless a ticket has been purchased for the adjacent seat for the service dog.

What is the Mamava Pod?
- The Mamava Pod is a thoughtfully designed lactation suite that offers a serene environment for nursing mothers. Featuring comfortable seating, power outlets for breast pumps, a fold-down table, and adjustable lighting, the Mamava Pod ensures a calm and secure space for mothers to attend to their infants' needs.

Where to find the Mamava Pod?
- The Mamava Pod is conveniently located within Angel Of The Winds Arena, strategically placed to offer easy access for breastfeeding parents attending live concerts, shows, or sporting events. Its placement underscores the arena's commitment to promoting an inclusive and family-friendly atmosphere. The Mamava Pod can be found on the concourse located outside section 116-117 but the location may be subject to change depending on the event.

How can guests access the pod?
- Accessing the Mamava Pod is designed to be hassle-free and is powered by a smart technology system that enables easy wayfinding, autonomous access, and a delightful experience for breastfeeding parents. The app can be used for numerous reasons; to locate and unlock the pod by a press of a button, shows availability, indicates how long a user has been in the pod, offers vacancy alerts, and helps ensure the pod remains accessible for people who need them. The Mamava Pod can also be opened by a four-digit code on the keypad or by a physical key.

Elevators
Angel Of The Winds Arena has a public elevator located on the north side of the facility near section 119/219. This elevator provides access to the arena floor level and the concourse.
Escorts
Wheelchair escorts may be available upon request at all entry points, based on availability. Personal assistance into or out of a wheelchair or seat cannot be provided. In order to assist multiple guests, please be aware that our staff will not remain with you during the event. Angel Of The Winds Arena cannot provide wheelchair transportation outside of the arena.
Wheelchair Seating Locations
Guests with disabilities and their companions (max: 3 guests) may purchase wheelchair space locations that are dispersed both vertically and horizontally throughout the facility in numerous price ranges. These tickets are available at the time of event onsale. Please refer to the above-listed phone numbers for seating inquiries.
Sign Language Interpretation
By request, Angel Of The Winds Arena will provide sign language interpretation services, subject to availability. These services should be requested by calling 425-322.2600 at least three weeks prior to the event.
Restrooms
All public Angel Of The Winds Arena restrooms have accessible stalls for our guests. In addition, a private restroom is located on the south side of the main concourse near section 110/210. These restrooms are provided to accommodate guests with disabilities and their companion. These restrooms also serve families with small children who need assistance.
