2025 Graduation Suite Rental Information

How much does it cost?
Pricing varies, but suites start at $450 plus applicable taxes and fees for a standard ticket package.
What is included?
The standard suite package includes 12 tickets, 6 parking passes, private suite concierge service, a lounge area, coat closet, 55” TV, and various amenities.
What suite will I be able to buy?
This will depend on if any our annual suite lease holders choose to use their suite for graduation. We have 7 lower suites and 7 upper suites available for rent for graduation and will confirm your suite number when payment is received in full.
Can I decorate?
Please do not decorate the suite; additionally, there are no balloons allowed inside of the arena in any area.
Is there catering available?
Yes, catering is available for the suite. Our full menu is available for pre-order but will be limited on the day of. Someone from our suite catering department will be in touch with you several weeks prior to your graduation date with more information. Your catering order is due 4 business days prior to your graduation date.
Do I need tickets from my school in addition to the suite tickets?
No, you do not need tickets from your high school if you have suite tickets. You may not have more people in your suite than you have purchased suite tickets for.
What about parking?
Six parking passes are included with your suite. The parking is located at the corner of Wall and Oakes street in the Snohomish County Garage.
What time can I enter the arena?
This will depend on your school. It usually is 60 minutes prior to graduation. We do open the doors 10-15 minutes earlier for our guests who may need extra time to get to their seats such as the elderly or handicapped.
Can my graduate come to the suite after graduation?
This is school dependent as some schools need everyone to exit immediately so they can get ready for the next graduation or some schools have their students go straight to a grad night and want them to all stay together after the ceremony.
Can I bring my camera to this event?
- DSLR Cameras and recording devices are approved for Graduations.
- Cameras & tablets larger than an iPhone will still need to go through the regular security process to be allowed in to the building.
- If guests choose to bring equipment, Angel Of The Winds Arena is not responsible for loss, damages, or theft.
- Guests must adhere to the current clear bag policy.
How To Purchase Guide
Can I purchase additional tickets to my suite?
Additional tickets to confirmed suite reservations can be added up to two (2) business days prior to the ceremony. Additional tickets are $20 each. Please reach out directly for a private purchasing link to Gabe.Spach@oakviewgroup.com.
