Public Facilities District

Angel Of The Winds Arena was developed and is owned by the Everett Public Facilities District, a municipal corporation managed by a five-member Board of Directors.

The Everett Public Facilities District Board regular monthly meetings are scheduled for the 4th Wednesday of each month at 9:00 AM. Board meetings are held in the Edward D. Hansen Conference Center at Angel Of The Winds Arena.

Oak View Group's General Manager for Angel Of The Winds Arena is Corey Margolis. 

The Regular Meetings for November and December have been cancelled and Special Meetings have been scheduled to conduct regular business.  The Special Meetings will be conducted in person at the Edward D. Hansen Conference Center as well as with an option for remote public attendance on the following dates and times:

A Special Meeting of the EPFD Board has been scheduled for December 4, 2024 from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm for the purpose of reviewing and discussing the 2025 Budget - no final action will be taken.  The meeting will be held in person at the Executive Boardroom of the Edward D. Hansen Conference Center, as well as with an option for remote public attendance by by using the following call-in info:
