Angel Of The Winds Arena was developed and is owned by the Everett Public Facilities District, a municipal corporation managed by a five-member Board of Directors:

* EPFD Board regular monthly meetings are scheduled for the 4th Thursday of each month at 8:00 AM. Board meetings are held in the Edward D. Hansen Conference Center at Angel Of The Winds Arena.
